I am a part of greek life and it has really opened up my social circuit. it has helped me to attain a group of friends with the same interests as me and i feel it has really enriched my college career. The dating scene sucks. If i am awake at 2am on a tuesday I am most likely cramming for a test in the library. We used to have may weekend where there was a carnival in the quad and the student body gathered to spend time snacking on carnival food and making arts and crafts. DUe to certain incidentces that have happened this has been taken away and i feel the people who took this as a day not to just drink are being punished for some peoples bad decisions.

I am in phi sigma sigma which adds to a great deal of my social interactions. But, i do have many friends outside of this organization that i hang out with on a dialy basis. Hanging out on campus was the most popular thing to do being under 21 along with going out on thursday or saturday nights to certain bars in n ew haven. Being 21 many of us go to local bars on most nights and drink at other friends houses.

I am involved in the sorority Phi Sigma Sigma on campus. I love being involved in this sorority, but I wish that greek life on campus would become larger. I find that the ratio of girls to guys is VERY uneven and I wish that Quinnipiac would try to decrease this gap.

There are 72 different clubs and organizations here at QU. So there is something for everyone! By getting involved on any campus a large group of friends is made and it makes the community that is here on campus.

I am involved in Phi Sigma Sigma which takes up a lot of time yet has been a great experience and has definatly made me more involved on campus. I feel athetic events are definatly popular but I do not hear of people doing the other school organized events as often. I meet my closest friends through the sorority and also my roommates/floormates. Peopel party pretty often and frequently go to New Haven (clubs, but i mostly go for restaurants) yet there are defiantly other options if people are not interested in partying.
