What I consider the worst part of the University of Central Florida is some of the fees we have to pay. For examlpe, along with our tuition we have to pay fees for different classes. I was in a class last semester that required a material fee, yet they gave us no materials and we had to buy them ourselves. Also the textbooks classes use mostly cannot be bought back because they use different versions of the same textbooks every semester just to make more money.

The worst thing about UCF can be found at any other school, and that is expensive school supplies. Even mere index cards cost triple the amount they should be. At this rate, it's no wonder that so many students need financial aid.

Costliness is the worst thing about my school. I find many of my peers struggling to afford education. While some students use student loans to help with financial aid, other students are not eligible. Class texts books are priced at ridiculous amounts. If the student can barely afford the class, forget buying the books. Affordable living is also hard to find. Even in today's devastated economy, people still cannot afford to live in off-campus housing (cheaper than on-campus). The cleanliness of such apartments, houses, and dorms are simply not well-matched for what comes out-of-pocket.

If I had to chose one aspect of UCF as being the "worst" I would absolutely choose parking. I hear parking is a problem at numerous universities, but the parking situation in my school is just really disheartening at times when arriving for a class since there aren't enough parking spots for all the students that attend the university. I have chosen to deal with this small problem by just arriving a couple of hours before my classes begin and avoid the traffic jams at popular times of the day.

They only thing that I can consider bad about my school is that the parking is so expensive and so far away from your classes. I am lucky that I go to a smaller campus at the school. I am saying this about the main orlando campus.

In my opinion, the worst thing about my school is the fact that there is not enough on-campus housing to accommodate every freshman in the incoming freshmen classes. I believe all freshman should stay on campus their first year. I am a freshman this year and the on-campus housing filled up so quick that I did not even have a choice in whether or not I wanted to stay on or off campus. I would have preferred to stay on campus so that I could have taken part in all the freshman activities that occur in the dorms.

The worst thing about my school is how far away it is from my house. If only I could live a little closer, life would be perfect. I tried looking for an apartment five to ten minutes from campus but I would still have to drive back to town for work . I realized that in reality, living on my own wouldn't help me save money and that paying my tuition to further my education is more important than getting an apartment.

The worst thing about my school is the wretched parking. Good luck trying to find somewhere to park before you are late for class! Luckily UCF offers a convenient shuttle service that is less stressful than trying to find parking.

The worst thing I consider about my school is the hot and sunny Florida weather! It fluctuates daily but I have come to live with it. Along with that and the shuttle services that is sometimes unreliable. I live off campus so when I am in a rush to get to class, I often find myself waiting sometimes thirty or forty minutes to get picked up by the shuttle so I can finally be on my way to class.

The layout of the campus is very large.
