Unfortunately, I have known several people that have in fact either failed or dropped out. Most cases due to excessive partying, others because of this "unintelligent" factor. And yes, the majority of the students do seem to be either black or Asian.

I don't think that IUP is any more of a party school than any other college or university. It certainly has that "Animal House" side to it, just like any school, but IUP has much more to offer than that.

In reality, I feel that, like any college campus, there is going to be numerous students who attend strictly for the social atmosphere, however, there are also individuals attending for the pure love of education and intention of learning!

There are alot of parties, but I dont think that the entire college should hold such a negative reputation, especially towards greek life.
