I have learned how to manage my time better than I did when I was in high school. Being in college has also exposed me to other cultures and other people's ways of life. It's given me a chane to try out things I wouldn't get to do otherwise. It's allowed me to come out of my shell and make new friends of varying backrounds, experiences, and majors. They really come in handy when I need help on school work. So far it's been a really fun experience. I love learning about other people. I love going to my classes because every teacher has a different teaching experience that makes it fun to go to class everyday. At this rate, I'll reach my goal of becoming a fashion designer in no time. I just hope other people do the same and take their time in college to embrace life and try new things.

I have learned so much from this university. I have learned how to work with others who are different from myself. I have been involved in a very rigorous biology program. We learned to plan out a experiment, write a paper and try to get it published in a well-known biological journal. It has been valuable to attend because it has given me the practical and real-world experience needed to have a successful career after graduation. I have had the opportunity to work at a hospital and have been able to apply everything that I learn in the classroom. This has helped me get excited about going to class and learning those things so that I can go and help actually people with medical needs. This school has given me all the tools I need to have a successful life.

I have learned through past experiences, I maximize my life and live in the moment, as well as taking steps forward to my great goals for the future. I know the best way for me to learn, study and accomplish many things. Skills For My Entire Life! This expresses what I have gotten out of my college experience, in a nutshell. It has been valuable to me, a teen-student-mother of 2, even beyond the privileged and honorable opportunity to receive an education, to be simultaneously developing and strengthening the skills that will assist me in the endeavors I that I will encounter throughout my life. From the very start of Enrollment to the end of each term's Finals, I realized the importance of being Organized and Punctual. Being organized and punctual, made all the difference when it came to attending important campus meetings and orientations, attending class regularly, and submitting timely assignments. Dedication and Endurance were necessary to stay on track, strive for the "highest" scores with "every" assignment and/or exam, and know that there is a bright light at the end of the academic tunnel. Because of the skills that I developed in college, I will accomplish this milestone and many more to come!
