The most popular organizations here on campus have to be the sports teams and greek. I am currently in the pledging process for Alpha Chi Omega and I love it. Mens football and mens ice hockey games are very popular here on campus. Partying here on campus is definitely a big deal to many students. The social scene is definitely not lacking.

As a freshman, I felt like the party scene was a lot bigger than it is 4 years later. I wish that I took more time to join other organizations such as SCOPE and others during my 4 years at UNH, but joining Alpha Phi allowed me to be involved throughout the campus. I wish that homecoming was a bigger event, and also they still allowed spring weekends. Not only for the partying aspect, but to come together as a campus to just enjoy eachother and the weather. Unversity Days are always fun and I wish it was a possibility to have more every semester. I love how close the university is to the beach, and how it is only a 45minute drive to the city. The train makes communiting to the city easy and safe, and I think it is a huge positive for UNH.

The social life is great. The movies and mall are so close to just go with your friends. They have so many intramural sports to participate in. The gym is open at all times which is so great. The dorms for the most part are really great. Joining a sorority is a really great option too. Relay for Life is a big event on campus which is so fun. The sports teams are very good here, so there is always a game to go too. There are always performances for like 10 bucks that anyone can go to.

The most popular organizations on campus are sports teams and Greek Life. I am involved in the Alpha Phi sorority, which is where I met my closest friends. We have many social gathers, rituals, and community service events that we participate in. Greek life is not a HUGE part of this campus, but being Greek makes you feel like you are in your own little community. People party on the regular, but not nearly as much as previous years. You can participate in many MUB events on the weekend that do not involve drinking.

I'm in Chi Omega and I love every minute of it. I think Greek life is extremely important on campus and helps to provide a lot of events and community service for Durham.

greek life and athletics are popular at UNH. Hockey and football are the best. I've met my friends freshmen year in my dorm, in classes and through my involvment in grreklife and other organizations. at 2 am on a tuesday i am usually back from the bar continuing a game of beer pong and drinking with friends. people party a lot, Thursdays are the best party nights, bars have specails on tuesdays and thursdays. friday and saturdays are also fun people go to parties at fraternities and apartments. its also fun to go to portsmouth and dover.

Since I am in a Greek house I would have to say that Greek Life or sports are the most popular on UNH campus.

Going Greek was probably one of the best choices I could've made coming here to UNH. Alpha Chi Omega has already taught me so much about sisterhood, giving back to the community and friendship that is completely different from my own. No one outside of the Greek system understands why I would go through the 6 week process and pay all that extra money just to be apart of some club. But they will never understand that it's not about the money, it's about the experience I share with amazing girls that I would've never met. These girls will be apart of my life years after college, where as some friends stop talking just after their first year.

I think that their should be more campus activities besides going out all the time on the weekend.

Also I feel that many student ORGs keep this campus alive. There is always something going on on campus. Either it be Snoop Dogg performing, a CAB Carnival, or Euphoria Detetions there is always something go on in the MUB. If not you can catch a movie for 2 dollars, or go an play pool in the wildcat den.
