The one good thing about Towson is that it is right outside of Baltimore city. There is free transportation going into the Inner Harbor which is GREAT! The only other thing that is good about Towson is that the school is pretty easy. I cannot really tell how big the school is because there are so many commuters. I hate the commuter aspect of the school because everyone wants to leave on the weekends. No one wants to be here. It is nice that there is a mall about a mile away. That is very convenient. There is absolutely no school pride. No one gives a darn about the Tigers and no one shows up for sporting events, especially the football games. When you come on a tour here, they tell you that it isn't a suitcase school and there is so much to do on the weekends. PLEASE, DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU! Everyone packs their bags on Friday and gets picked up to leave. No one wants to stay here! Also, many people transfer after the first semester or first year. Most of the poeple from this school did not get accepted to UMD, so they were forced to come here.
