I enjoyed my time at this school, I felt that the professors were supportive and there was plenty of resources to ensure you do well. The professors were approachable and always willing to help when needed. I would recommend this college and I would go back if I needed to.

I think, like any school, Santa Fe College has its pro and its cons. For me, the pros outweigh the cons in that there are many classes and times to pick from so you can get your degree on your own time. The professors have mostly been helpful and know what they are teaching. There are various clubs that people can join. A con would be that Santa Fe students are excluded in most nearby community amenities unlike the university in the same town. So some learning opportunities are taken there or are charged to take advantage of.

As it is a four-year college now, I wish there will be more classes/majors available. As a language major student, sometimes it is hard to find the proper level of language class to register. Some lower division class for language majors is lacking.

Ashleigh - 09/19/2022

I love Santa Fe College they truly prioritize their students in succeeding. They have multiple resources for students together help with whatever they may need. It feels good to know that you are being taken care of and that their are people rooting for you and wanting you to be the best you can be.

  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

I have always tried to keep myself focused on my education so that i can score good and get some scholarships. Unfortunately, i had some flaws like everyone does. I couldn't focus on finishing my homeworks on time or just not well oriented. So now if i could go back, i would advice myself to be organized than i was and keep track of when a homework would be due or when i would have a test.
