Northcentral Technical College REVIEWS

What's your overall opinion of Northcentral Technical College?

10 Students rated Northcentral Technical College

Genyan - 06/01/2024

Because it fosters a closer relationship between students and educators, I like smaller class sizes. Most people would think that community classes are simpler, however because of the small class sizes, it seems like the coursework is more focused and challenging. I've always enjoyed anything that required me to push myself. Northcentral is incredibly welcoming and offers a ton of resources to support my academic endeavors.

We are a small town and to have a Technical College of this degree available for us to learn at is amazing. Northcentral Technical College has the most high tech learning programs available in the nation. The advisors and teachers are always available to speak with and so incredibly friendly. I would recommend this technical college to anyone who is looking to further their education.

I think it is a great school and has many different options for many different things, along with being affordable. They also help find jobs in your path and within the school. For my major the teachers really know what they are talking about and are really fun.

Madison - 09/13/2023

I think Northcentral Technical College is an amazing college. The campus is beautiful, and they are always keeping it up to date. They have many opportunities for students to meet with advisors, tutors, and instructors and it is always free. They have ample resources, their textbooks are usually online, and you can get them online for free, provided by the school. The inductors are very nice and understanding and are straight to the point. It is very affordable, and they are always listening to what students have to say, and what they want to see at their college. Recently they have added an E-Sports program and gaming club. It is a great school and I highly recommend to anyone.

  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

Being a single mother to two children, I struggle to balance education with work and family life. This can make meeting educational goals and career goals very challenging. While attending high school, I would have made better choices to pursue college just after high school instead of entering the workforce due to having insufficient funds for college. Holding off on my decision to have a family would have given me the ability to pursue a doctorate so that I could better provide for my family and make better choices in a partner.

  6. What kind of person should attend this school?

I believe that anyone can benefit from further education at my school. The more people that return to college to pursue their dreams, the stronger our communities and our country will become. Our children will learn the value of higher education. Our nation will experience reduced poverty, less children born to single, unwed, and uneducated parents. With further education, we can change the world and make it a much better place. Our workforce will be stronger and healthier, with less people needing assistance from state and government agencies. More people will become active members in their communities and own lives.

  7. What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

They don't always have all the clocks working right. The learning center wasn't open sometimes when you need it to be. The food never looked very good. They didn't offer my program so I have to go to a different school this year.
