Because there is no core curriculum whatever class someone chooses, they choose it because they are actually interested in the class not because they are required to take it making the classroom a friendly, fun, and focused learning environment thanks to the students who fit all of those criterium.

Artistic, creative, liberal-minded. Can be a bit indifferent and mean. Most however are friendly and easy-going. People are under a lot of pressure because there is so much going on and classes are hard but no one is really competitive with other students unless in pre-med or science courses.
