  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

Assuming that I was able to go back in time and talk to myself as a high school senior, there is substantial advice that I would give myself pertaining to the transition for college life. The initial advice that I would give myself is to be focused, intuitive and diligent on the possibilities that one can acheive from a college eduucation in the future within their career and life. As a college student, one should focus on their studies while maintaining a stable social interaction with other people within their school. I would advise myself to look for different avenues in obtaining financial aid or funds in order to further my education; and to not become discouraged when various doors may close in obtaining the finances needed for school. I would advise to take advantage of the benefits from work and organizations; as a means to continue my college education. I would advise myself to never become complacent with life and to know that an education is possible; no matter what endeavors and difficulties that one may experience within life. I believe that this advice would be pertinent in assuring that I will be motivated in receiving a college degree.

  7. What do you brag about most when you tell your friends about your school?

School is a rewarding experience. Especially when you have the resources required complete the work required by the school. The University of Phoenix provides a large database for students to complete their work. That database includes, peer-reviewed journals and other research material that students can use to complete their work. In addition, for those students that do not have access to a computer at home, the University of Phoenix has an on-campus, learning center where students can go to complete their work. That is one of the features that I like most about my school.

  8. What's the most frustrating thing about your school?

Students often despise the idea of working in groups. It is simply because some students end up with all the workload, and others take the credit for it. I am no different. I do not like working in groups. Unfortunately, group work is emphazised in my school. We have small classrooms, and that means that there is not a diverse group to choose from. Therefore, team work is horrible for me because I refuse to let my grades suffer as a result of another student's lack of responsibility.
