I don't believe that any student would feel out of place at UNCG. We have fraternities and sororities. We have athletic teams and clubs. Our international students always form a very close bond. Our GLBT program is very strong and supportive. Most students at UNCG are from North Carolina, but we have a large amount of students that come from outside of the state as well. UNCG is a fairly left-wing school, but all political groups on campus are strong.
