Emily

Someone who wants a good balance between a social and academic life. Academics are held to a much higher pedestal than social lives.

Margaret

Somebody who needs structured classes with a professor to guide them through everything. Students need to be able to be independent learners and be motivated enough to keep up with their school work themselves. The grades are based on midterms, finals, and papers; there is rarely homework or extra credit, and attendence is only taken in discussion sections or seminars. The professors do care about the students, but do not reach out to help those who are failing- if you are struggling, you need to ask for help yourself.

Andrew

You should be ready to try new experiances because this is an extremely diverse campus, which makes it a wonderful environment in which to live.
