What do you consider the worst thing about University of Arizona? Why?

The lack of finacial aid given to some students. I know the lower middle class tends to get more, than others. But I thing it should depend on the student alone. NOT their parents income. My parents make really good money but they are not the ones paying for my education. I am.

The worst thing about this school is the organization and the allocation of funds towards certain departments on campus. Some departments are completely looked over when they need money, and that means the students get looked over as well. The university is currently in a financial crisis and is looking to reorganize, but students will be strongly affected by this.

Its location, Arizona is too hot and some times it is really hard to find the necessary motivation to syudy.

My experience has been a good one when it comes to the University of Arizona, and although many of the dorm establishments are old (because of the school's history) I think that they deserve to be updated. I loved my dorm experience, I would have preferred the accommodations to be newer.

Did not have classes for software learning (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ...)

Lisann

The worst thing about the school is traffic...but that's everywhere.

One of the worst things about the University of Arizona is that many of the classes are big along with the campus so it is hard to meet people unless you go out of your way to talk to others. Since I am a social person, I don't have many problems with this, but those that are shy do. It is easier to meet people in smaller classes and on a smaller campus, but I still like our campus size.

I think the worst thing about this school are the large classes. There are so many students, especially in my major, psychology, that a student can feel like they do not really matter to the teachers, or that the teachers only see them as a number. But , if you put in a little effort, the teachers welcome getting to know you.

the overwhelming amount of students interested in our collegiate sports means that we have long lines to get into the games.

I think the wort thing about my school is the number of classes open to students in majors other than science. I am a science major and I find it easy to sign up for classes that are in my field however, I would really like to attend other classes in order to be more diverse in my studies.
