University of Arizona Top Questions

What do you consider the worst thing about University of Arizona? Why?

There are no cafeteria/ dinning halls in dorms. Although there are food courts in the student union, the incovenience of students having to travel away from safety of dorm rooms is not a good idea. Food courts in student union is very convenient for commuters but not for students living in dorms, especially during the night.

The political landscape, like most public universities is very much liberal. There are groups forming, like the young americans for liberty uofa, that are working to change the discussion to a more bipartisan level and contitutionally based.

The budget cuts. Although I'm sure every school is going through the same economical down trought, it is hard. Some of the majors are being cut, funding is being taken away, and classes are not only growing in size, but some are diminishing all toggher. Financial aid is disappearing which makes it very hard to attend school. Having no funds available is very upsetting/.
