The University of Tennessee-Knoxville Top Questions

What is the stereotype of students at The University of Tennessee-Knoxville?

Emily

Some of the stererotypes of UTK students include the fact that we are all really southern and hick as well as imcompentent. Most of the time that is not true, and there's a lot of people that come from northern states that attend here. A stereotype that I fell for when trying to decide if I wanted to attend UTK was that it was a school for "stupid people." In fact, the average ACT score for freshmen is a 26. The "Big Orange Screw" is another stereotype of people attending UTK.
