I am very interested and love the way the school looks and operates. The degree I'm looking for is exactly what I want to do for my career. I am eager to learn how to be the person I want to be professionally in the future. I think I will have a great time in my time in Full Sail.

Suzette - 04/14/2024

Full Sail is career-focused with state of the art equipment. The admissions team is very knowledgeable. The enrollment process is seamless, but the phone calls from the school can be a bit overwhelming if you are unsure about pursuing an education. The team doesn't come off as salespeople, but as a team willing to walk you through the process. Despite reviews, the school is credible and perfect for those in arts. You don't have to go through a ton of core courses and you get right into it. It is fast-tracked to you have to be willing to dedicate the time per week to complete your courses. You receive your associates while working on your bachelor's.

  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

I would tell my high school self to calm down and take a breath. I would tell her that it's all a process and it will all come in time. I would tell her the Master's program will be here before she knows it and to enjoy the experience. I would tell her to not let the little things stress her out but just take it in stride.

  3. What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?

Perhaps the worst thing about my school would be the price, but then again i wouldn't complain because i understand that they teach us with the latest equipment and the equipment is not exactly cheap, i would say it is worth it. Another dissadvantage would be the timing issue. Sometimes you may have class at 1 in the morning till 5 in the morning, but that bothers some people, one must remember it is a REAL WORLD EDUCATION, thus meaning, after graduation, you may work in a studio that you can only work at certain times.

  4. What's the one thing you wish someone had told you about freshman year?

Before I came to this school or even before I had graduated I wish I would have known how hard it was going to be to get funding for school. I would have started sooner and done as much as humanly possible to get funding to attend school, I would have had to have worked 2 full-time jobs to just afford living expenses. I wish I would have known more ways to get funding as well.
