7 Students rated Chipola College

Chloe - 09/27/2024

Chipola College offers a diverse range of classes and clubs, with a strong emphasis on sports and musical theatre. Most students are actively engaged in campus life, fostering a vibrant community. This involvement enhances both their academic experience and personal development. My main concern is the small size of the campus and the town, which offers limited activities for college-aged students. This can make it challenging to find engaging options outside of academics and organized events.

Sarah - 06/27/2024

Chipola College is a small community college that really values student experience and learning. I have taken all kinds of core classes and extra curricular classes at the school and they have all been a worthwhile investment for me. I truly enjoyed my time at the college and hope others have a similar experience as well.

James - 08/31/2022

very good college, good people, amazing programs, and things to do.

Jack - 03/30/2018

I love attending this college! The faculty is helpful and actually listen to the concerns of students. The ACE Lab is a great place to do homework, or have tutors help prepare you for upcoming tests. If I could change anything about the college, it would simply be to add more four year degree options so I could stay and attain a bachelor's degree in Political Science.

The one thing that I brag about is when I get an 'A' on a test. I do this because Chipola College is the only college in Florida that has the 93-100 grading scale instead of the 90-100 grading scale. So in order to get an 'A' is a big accomplishment.
