KELLY - 04/25/2019

I love the professors at this college. I would not trade them or change them for anything. There could be more campus activities and extra curricular activities but the school does try. Lack of extra curricular and a small amount of diversity for classes is why I give it a 3-star rating. The professors are 5-star.

Kinsey - 11/14/2018

I am a new student but it seems ok so far. Every university and 2 year school are different, but CVCC is presentable, well-functioning, and committed to providing opportunities for its students. I have no doubt the education given to me will be beneficial.

Destiny - 11/06/2018

I think CVCC is a great school that gives you plenty of opportunities to make something of yourself before going out into the real world. It is definitely one of the best decisions you could ever make because it saves you lots of money. All of the professors are always open to help with any questions and I feel that's a pretty big deal.

Jessica - 08/27/2018

CVCC is a wonderful college, The instructors are always very helpful when I have questions and the students are very friendly. Not only are the instructors helpful but the other staff is helpful for when you get lost. I have enjoyed the time I have spent there so far and am very excited to see what the future holds for me there .

  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

If I could talk to myself as a high school senior about transitioning to college the first thing I would tell myself would be not to make my college decision based on anyone but myself. I would tell myself I needed to look at and visit a variety of colleges before chosing one because you don't want to miss out on a great school because you didn't feel like looking. One of the most important things I think that high school seniors need to know is that college is hard. You need to take all your classes seriously, you can't just try to get by like you did in high school. College requires a lot of time and effort. It is not all about the social life and the parties, if you want to succeed your schoolwork needs to come first.

  4. Here's your chance: Say anything about your college!

I am very much close to home and well as to my current job. I have the opportunity to chose classes that does not interfer with my current job. I enjoy the staff and the close relationship the staff have with the students. I believe that they really care as to which direction we go in life. If I have to chose again, I believe I would still have choosen the current college that I have enrolled in thus far. I am also looking forward to see what else is out there for me to further my education. Thanks,
