The most frustrating thing about my college is the food selection. My school has several dining options, but none of them are very healthy or contain a decent selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. It makes eating healthy on campus difficult and therefore a lot of students complain about the food. I've found that having a selection of food in your dorm helps to change-up ones food options, and over all the food is not bad on campus; it's just more cooked foods rather than fresh foods.

It seems hard to get into the classes i want or need sometimes.

Carthage is extremely expensive. This is to be expected, since it's a private school, but it's a struggle to continue to afford to attend here. I would really like to return for another year, because I really love this school, but I'm seriously starting to doubt that I'll be able to. It's also very frustrating that despite the amount of money students pay to attend here, there are still a lot of technology issues. For example, the wifi is often very slow. There is also sometimes a lack of availability of public computers.

The most frustrating thing is dealing with the wind off of the lake while walking to and from class, but it is not really that bad.

The fact that they really over charge us for all of the food we purchace and the rooms are out of date for what we pay to attend school here.

The most frustrating thing about Carthage is that it is not well known! I believe Carthage is one of the top schools in the midwest. The small-town atmosphere, small class sizes, and amazing professors make Carthage a one of a kind education expeirience!

The most frustrating thing about Carthage College is the accessibility for food. We have the dining hall in the TWC and Baja Fresh, WOW’s, Seattle’s Best, Einstein’s, the corner store and Starbucks on campus. It seems like a lot to eat for such a small campus, but when I get out of class and finish homework it’s around eight at night and nothing except WOWS and the corner store are open. This doesn’t leave me a lot of options and makes me frustrated.

The Resident Assistants. They're all completely different. It's like the school has no set standard for being an RA. Some are super strict about everything while others are chill and laid back. As long as you're not doing something dangerous or really annoying, they'll let you be.

The most frustrating thing about Carthage is how the tuition has gone up from 32 thousand when I came in my freshman year to now 39.8 thousand this year.

The most frustrating thing about Carthage is the cost. It is expensive to go to at nearly $40,000 per year. For those of us who cannot afford to stay on campus, it can be difficult to commute, especially if you live an hour away like I do, which makes having a social life difficult as well as getting help from teachers on the side.
