It is extremely white and Mormon. People are very considerate and friendly. Its a very attractive school and the people are attractive as well. There is pretty much no alcohol anywhere.

It is a sober school. You can have fun with out drinking or drugs, and there is always something to do on the weekends that is sober, but also provides a way for you to meet new people.

It's a very challenging school. I would only recommend it to people who are extremey focused and willing to learn. It offers plenty of opportunities for people with motivation, but it has to come from within yourself. This school is for those who are willing to work for themselves

BYU is the best value you will find in any American university, especially when the quality of offered programs is examined. Most students speak a second language other than english. And prayer is often a part of the classroom experience.

It has a great atmosphere for any student attending here. Though it is primarily attended by Latter-Day Saints, people of different cultures and religions find themselves very much at home here, which I find very nice.

Because we have an Honor Code, there are rules that students choose to live by as they attend BYU. We are also the number one sober stone university.

There are high standards established here to contribute to your learning process. There are no fraternities or sororities. There is no alchohol allowed and premarital sex isn't permitted. These are just some examples of the standards established to help the students focus on their school work and learn to the best of their own abilities.
