Rev. Dr. Wallace Charles Smith HBCU Scholarship Award
Established in 2003, the HBCU Council of Shiloh Baptist Church offers the Rev. Dr. Wallace Charles Smith HBCU Scholarship Award of $2,000 to an incoming freshman at an HBCU with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
District of Columbia Nursing Scholarship
The District of Columbia Nursing Scholarship is a one-time $2,500 award given annually to two students in financial need who are residents in the District of Columbia who have been accepted or are currently enrolled in a Nursing program at the University of the District of Columbia. A minimum GPA of 3.25 is required.
AH&LEF Annual Scholarship Grant Program
This scholarship program is open to U.S. undergraduate students who are enrolled full time in a hospitality management degree-granting program. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher (with the exception of the Conrad Hilton Fund, which accepts students with grade point averages of 2.0 or higher).
SWE Baltimore-Washington Section – Freshman Scholarship
This scholarship is open to U.S. female incoming and current college freshmen who are majoring in engineering or computer science and have grade point averages of 3.5 or higher. Students must reside in the following zip code areas: District of Columbia, 200 or 202-205; Maryland, 206-212, 214, 216-217; Virginia, 201, 220-223.
Nancy Penn Lyons Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is available to Georgia high school seniors with demonstrated financial need who have been accepted for enrollment at selective private or out-of-state institutions (students attending public Georgia institutions ineligible). Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and an SAT score of 1000 or higher or an ACT score of 22 or higher.
Esparanza Education Scholarship Fund
This scholarship is available to U.S. students residing in District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia who plan to attend a public college or university. Applicants must have immigrated to the U.S. since birth, or have two parents who were both immigrants.
Rawley Silver Award for Excellence
This award is available for student members of the American Art Therapy Association with a current GPA of at least 3.50. Applicants must demonstrate unmet financial need and acceptance or enrollment in an American Art Therapy Association approved graduate art therapy program. Students receiving this award are also strongly encouraged to attend the association’s annual conference.
Myra Levick Scholarship Fund
This award is available for student members of the American Art Therapy Association with a current GPA of at least 3.00. Applicants must demonstrate unmet financial need and acceptance or enrollment in an American Art Therapy Association approved graduate art therapy program. Students receiving this award are also strongly encouraged to attend the association’s annual conference.
American Art Therapy Association Anniversary Scholarship Fund
This award is available to a student member of the American Art Therapy Association with a current GPA of at least 3.25. Applicants must demonstrate unmet financial need and acceptance or enrollment in an American Art Therapy Association approved graduate art therapy program.
