AH&LEF Annual Scholarship Grant Program
This scholarship program is open to U.S. undergraduate students who are enrolled full time in a hospitality management degree-granting program. Students must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher (with the exception of the Conrad Hilton Fund, which accepts students with grade point averages of 2.0 or higher).
SREB Optometry Loan/Scholarship (SREB)
This forgivable loan is available to Mississippi students who plan to attend an approved out-of-state school of optometry. Students must practice optometry in Mississippi full time after graduation for forgiveness of the loan.
Speech-Language Pathologist Forgivable Loan (SLPL)
Mississippi students pursuing a master’s degree in a program at a Mississippi college/university leading to licensure as a speech-language pathologist are eligible. Students must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and agree to work in a Mississippi public or charter school district as a speech-language pathologist to forgive the loan.
Magnolia DX Association Scholarship
This scholarship is open to U.S. and international students who are licensed radio amateurs (technician class or higher) and reside in Mississippi or the ARRL Delta Division (AR, LA, TN). Students must attend a postsecondary institution in Mississippi. Preference will be given to graduating high school seniors.
Jackson County ARA Scholarship
This scholarship is open to international and U.S. undergraduate and graduate students who are licensed radio amateurs. Students must be residents of Mississippi, or, if no eligible Mississippi students apply, residents of the ARRL Delta Division (AR, LA, MS, TN).
Jake McClain Driver KC5WXA Scholarship
This scholarship is open to international and U.S. licensed radio amateurs (technical class or higher) who can provide at least one QLSL card received within the past 12 months. Students must reside in the ARRL Delta Division (AR, LA, MS, TN) and study electronics, computers, or journalism.
Steven G. King Play Environments Scholarship
This scholarship is open to international and U.S. students who are in their final two years of undergraduate study or are in graduate programs at a LAAB-accredited institution. Students must be studying landscape architecture with a demonstrated interest and aptitude in the design of play environments.
Landscape Forms Design for People Scholarship
This scholarship is for international and U.S. students who are in their final year of full-time undergraduate study in landscape architecture at a LAAB-accredited institution. Applicants must show a proven contribution to the design of public spaces that integrates landscape design and the use of amenities to promote social interaction.
