The academics are excellent at Western New England. I'm in the Honors Program, which features an exciting intro course called "Cities and Societies." It is much more difficult than I imagined it would be, but the work is certainly doable. The Math Center and Writing Center are exceptional tools that I think every student should utilize. The faculty at this school truly want you to succeed, and are willing to take time out of their day to make sure that that happens.

Generally, the faculty are very knowledgeable, approachable, and well-intentioned. Like anywhere else, there are those who should be poster children for the anti-tenure movement. Many just need to go at this point in their careers, as they are unable or unwilling to embrace alternative views on subjects. Students are competitive, but do not seem to be ruthless. Generally, this is a much more collegial atmosphere than you will find at other law schools.
