What do you consider the worst thing about Utah State University? Why?

Christa

The worst thing at Utah State is the snow and snow removal. It can get a little scary walking to and from class when it is snowing.

Melissa

The cold winters! The snow and wind get pretty intense but its worth it!

Emily

TThe lay-out of the campus isn't asthetically appealing. It's gotten much better, with a lot of construction and new landscaping to make the campus look better, but a lot of work could still be done to improve the beauty and design of our outside campus.

Deven

The lack of diversity and liberal thoughts. It is very dense on campus and because the LDS community is the majority they don't have much tolerence for other's views.

Jake

The worst thing about Utah State University is that parking is hard to find.

Christina

The worst thing about my school is where people are allowed to smoke. Often they obey the law and are 25 feet away from the building, but they're always by the main hub so students have to walk through the group of smokers and breathe in those toxins to get to the door.

Hilary

The worst part about Utah State University is how expensive it is without offering much help. Scholarships are given, but the standards do not take into account the adjustment life has to take for a high school student to become used to the college life. If the school wants to keep it's students, it would help them out a bit more when it comes to financial aid.

Lindsay

The worst thing about my school, is that most of the students here are of the predominant religion, Mormonism. Many were born and raised in Utah and are very sheltered and naive about life. However, people of the LDS faith are very kind, well-meaning people, sometime they just push their belief system a little too strongly on those who are not actively engaged in it.

Emily

The lack of communication and lack of support for the arts.

Samantha

I love Utah State. I think it is the perfect place for any college student.
