As a high school student in Michigan I never realized how popular U of M was around the country. I was worried college here was going to be just like high school with all of the same people.

Michigan is known to be really large, to have great school spirit, and intelligent students. The out of state kids are known to be snobby and rich, while the in-state kids are less intelligent. Also, socially it has a bar scene and freshman and sophomore years are dominated by the Greek system.
