When you hear the term football what comes to mind in Georgia? Bulldawgs. We live and breathe football at the University of Georgia. The only way anyone wouldn't know that is if you lived underneath the person who lives underneath a rock. Seeing all of the fans and families come in on Gamedays is phenomenal. We are Georgia. This is what we do. We not only dress in Red and Black, we also bleed it.
It's GREAT to be a Georgia Bulldawg! :D

The sports scene is HUGE at the University of Georgia. If you don't bleed red and black, go home!
Football is an epic experience here. Have fun in Sanford Stadium with nearly 93,000 of your fellow fans and watch the Bulldogs play. Gooooooooooo DAWGS! Everyone loves saturdays. It is certainly an awesome experience every Fall semester.
Basketball is also an awesome sport to watch, whether it be the Men's team or the LadyDawgs. Stegemann Coliseum was just renovated and it is a sweet facility.
Other sports that are fun to watch but are less popular: volleyball, tennis, swim-team, and don't forget the Gym Dogs (gymnastics)!

Our school is all about football. They don't really let the other sports shine in the light. Basketball and gymnastics trail behind football in popularity. Everyone loves going to the games and enjoying being a student at this fantastic university. If you aren't at the games..well you are at the games.

The sports scene is wonderful at UGA.Of course everyone lives for the football! Wether you are a fan or not you show up on Saturdays to watch the Dawgs tee it up between the hedges. Football isn't just a sport down here in the south it's a religion. When football season isn't in session its so much fun to got to a gymnastics meet or catch a basketball game. You can't go wrong with athletics and the students are such good supportive fans no matter what sport your watching your sure to be having fun.

Sanford Stadium is more than where the Bulldogs play. It houses the vaults that are the burial place for pasat Uga mascots.

The same chants that can be heard at a football game can also be found at a swim and dive meet at UGA.
