I was surprised to see so many students from New York and New Jersey. I'm from Maryland and expected to see a lot of in state students so it was a pleasant surprise that many of the students are from out of state. Most students stick with their group of friends but it is easy to make friends in your classes since you have many group projects requiring interaction between group members.

I do not know much about these groups, however, I do know that they are popular and effective groups. I hear about these groups on campus due to their engagement in various activities and events. These groups seem to be goal oriented and fun to be apart of. I think that most people would not feel at of place if they found people they are comfortable with. It doesn't matter what you look like to fit in, a long as you feel comfortable with friends or classmates then that's all that matters. Some dress up for class but a majority just wears casual clothes but mostly comfy clothes.

The student body at towson is very culturally diverse with more and more acceptance of students uniqueness!

Most people are very nice. It is such a large school so there is a large diversity of students which makes it nice for everyone to find a group of friends they fit in with.

We have a very diverse group of students here at Towson. There are tons of student groups supporting all different kinds of people. Due to this I feel that no student would feel out place at Towson university. I would just have to say that Towson a school with every different walk of life and culture represented.

My classmates are easy to get along with and are goal oriented, they are very similar to me in most aspects.

They seeem to care more about their grades then about learning the information, but I've had good experiences with them in group work this far.
