I like how the school is so small so everyone is like a family here.

St. Mary's University is a small school with a lot to offer. I am really glad I decided to attend here. The sense of belonging to a community is priceless. Faculty gets to know you and are dedicated to your success, they care about you as an individual. The experience and the opportunities offered in this University are great. I would not want to be in any other college.

Ive attended private institutions my whole life and thats what i like about St. Mary's. It is a very friendly community and everyone knows each other which makes it easier to seek out for her. I have made really life-long relationships here. I like the same classes and that we get treated like an individual and not number. I believe that i would not have a one-on-one relationship with my proffesor in another university.

The best thing about my school is its size. It s a small university, therefore the class sizes are less than thirty people. This is a very good advantage compared to larger universities because the professors know us as a person not as a number. Another benefit to the small campus size is everyone ends up knowing each other in some way or another. This is a very good way of networking with fellow peers as well as faculty and staff members.

The aspect of Saint Mary's University that I love the most is the opportunities provided to students. For example, through my university, I am able to intern and research at UT Health Science Center San Antonio this upcoming summer. Not many other students in San Antonio can say the same thing. Saint Mary's also helped me find my previous internship at KCI last summer. Without Saint Mary's University, I wouldn't have these opportunities.

The best thing about my school is that teachers are always willing to help. We have so many resources for students that are having a hard time in their classes. Tutoring is available for most classes. Everyone goes to tutoring, so one does not feel at a disadvantage for needing tutoring. There is no stigma.

I love how almost everyone is willing to help the students with any questions that they may have. I have visted and talked with many professors whose classes I am not part of, but they still welcome me in. I really enjoy their hospitality. They especially help students that are first college generation students.

Teachers, faculty , and students are part of what makes this school the best. Teachers are 100{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} available to assist you in any questions/concerns students have regarding class. They give their full attention to each one of us. Faculty are always willing to help out from financial aid questions to guiding us to the best career path we can take. Students are extremely helpful and amable with one another. It's easy to make new friends and get involve in activities around campus. Overall, the school is consider one big family.

I consider our sense of being a community striving to get everyone to be successful. We strive to give back to the community and we also encourage helping others study for classes or just helping around campus.
