Springfield College is my home away from home. As a member of the men's gymnastics team, I have been able to make so many friendships with my teammates, the women's team, coaching staff, and other athletes that support our program. These connections will last a lifetime, and I am so thankful for all that the college has offered academically and athletically.

I am very grateful for Springfield Colleges Very Liberal acceptance policy and registration goals, I have attempted three times to finish my degree and with no success with seven credits left I will finish this year.

Springfield college is my first top choice college. It is such a great school and heard so many amazing things about it. I am the athletic type and Springfield is such a great school to play as many sports as you like. I applied and got accepted and winning a couple scholarships would make my dream come true to go to this college.

I have been accepted to Springfield College and can't wait to start this fall 2020. I love the campus and all of the intramural sports. There are also a ton of other opportunities to get involved in. I am going for physical education and this school is known to have an excellent program!

I felt that in high school, I was very quick to judge, but no having a year of college under my belt, I have to realize everyone comes from somewhere and everyone is here for a reason.     There is a lot of pressure to do well academically and physically at my school. The school is very body-type focused. The students all work out and eat well. You have pressure to looks your best and always be on your A game when it comes to working out

    I feel the most frustrating thing about my school is that it is really geared towards sports. Sometimes it feels as thogh if you are not part of a team, then you have no place on campus. It's almost like you NEED to participate in some sort of athletic activity or attend the games.

    This school focuses on the spirit, mind, and body aspect of the students, as well as providing several opportunites for students to partake in a wide variety of experiences.

    I love the size of my Physical Therapy class. The size of the classes are also great, and I have met really great people at this school.

    I was pretty well informed before I went to the school. They provide orientation days for potential students and I heard really good things about the school.

    My school is best known for the community service programs that mostly all students are involved in. We are also known for being very friendly; we have "Say Hey" day on campus where everyone says hello to everyone else.

  11. What kind of person should not attend this school?

    Anyone that doesn't play sports, should definitely not attend this school. The school is all about sports and 95{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of people participate. Next, if you are from the lower middle class or below, the financial burden this school causes is a lot. Finally, if you do not like drinking, this school is not right for you. The majority of the students drink more than 3 times a week, and so if you do not like to party and/or drink, this school is not for you; you will be rejected.

    I brag about the amazing facilities that Springfield has to offer and all the activities they offer. There are so many ways to get involved. Also, Springfield College is all about community and giving so the main focus of the school is what you can do for others and how we can become closer as a school.

  14. What are the academics like at your school?

    Somewhat dependent on major. The professors for my major are very knowledgeable but more importantly they are very willingly to work with you. If you are having trouble with a topic, they are available during office hours or respond within a reasonable time to emails. The coursework for the physical therapy program is rigorous, but if you put in the work you will definitely succeed.

TUITION & AID

All students must apply yearly for financial aid. This process starts with the FAFSA. Though financial aid deadlines vary by school, it is a good idea to apply as soon as possible. For the upcoming school year, you can apply as early as October 1 for the FAFSA. Additional school aid will be dependent on the FAFSA results.
