I enjoy attending classes on campus or to visit the campus to get some of my classwork done. Each floor has a nice atmosphere to it with multiple spaces to study and work. Being two campuses in Mid Michigan, I quite have the liking to be able to choose where I can go.

Caitlin - 11/11/2019

I have been taking classes at Mid for 4 years now and they have all been helpful in reaching my goal. The teachers are all there to help you and are willing to go above and beyond to help the students. The campus's are clean and easy to work your way through them and they have a good variety of students attending their college.

Quantrelle - 02/22/2019

My overall view of Mid is that it's nice as somewhere to start off your education. Especially if you don't want to go to a community college in your local home town. I attend Mid as a CAP student which means that I take my classes at Mid but I am Central Michigan resident and stay on campus in Central Michigan dorms. So I would have more experiences to tell about Central rather than Mid.

Nathaniel - 05/21/2018

I think that it is a very good cost efficient school which is a good option to go to for 2 years before transferring somewhere else

  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

The first thing I would tell myself is to follow my dreams. Although, going to Findlay will be a hard transition for you, you will enjoy yourself and have opportunites you would never of had otherwise. Also, I would tell myself to start working on time management now so you will be able to do homework, have a social life, work, and get sleep while you are at college. Another thing I would tell myself is to start trying to find scholarships now. College is getting more expensive as time goes by and your family is going to experience a very hard time your third year of college. Work now to make it easier on you then. Also, go out and do stuff once you get to college. Join clubs, and sports. Spend time with people not only on your floor and don't be afraid to put yourself out there.

  3. What do you consider the worst thing about your school? Why?

The worst thing about my college is aspect that everyone one lives around the same area. Although, there is a variety of students the majority of them are from Clare and Issabella counties. I have experience a lot of different people with different backgorounds but all those backgrounds have originated around the campuses themselves. College is supposed to open you up to people from different areas and taht just don't happen at MId-Michigan Community College
