I entered Macomb Community College as an early college student and my experience has been pretty great. The class sizes are pretty small, which means you get more interaction with your professors. Also, most of the professors are pretty easy to get ahold of which is great if you have questions or anything. Also, the campus is always clean and it is really pretty.

Macomb Community College is an amazing school. I feel all the professors I’ve had are great at what they do, easily accessible, and caring. There is also a wide range of academic programs through them but overall, I’m excited to get my nursing degree from this school.

The professors here are great they always make sure you know they are available whenever you need them. They teach differently but you are able to find your own way of learning for each class. There are many buildings great for studying and social life. On the center campus, they have the perfect little market and cafeteria area for you to meet up with friends, study, and have a snack!

Macomb Community College FAQS

  1. What is the Acceptance Rate at Macomb Community College?

The fall 2020 acceptance rate for Macomb Community College is 100%. That means, out of _____ applications received in 2020 , _____ students were offered admission. The number of males who applied was _____ vs the number of females which was _____.

  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

If I was able to go back and explain to myself the transition to college life I would tell myself to not be afraid to ask for help. There are many people that are there to help you excell and make your way through life. Assuming I would still have the same financial need I would tell myself not to wait to apply for scholarships, loans, and grants. Looking at transitioning from highschool where I knew everyone to college knowing nobody, I would say "be yourself, be true to your values and it all will fall into place." There is truly nothing better than being able to make new friends that accept you for who you are and college not only is a time to create a future, but find friends and loved ones that will follow you for a lifetime in your journey. Be prepared to work, college is not about slacking or being lazy, truly make time for yourself and your studies. I would also tell myself to enjoy, these years are not to be wasted.
