So many of the rules are a bit nit-picky. I didn't realiz e that until I started going here.

Reading is crucial. In high school the importance of reading the text is not emphasized enough. In college 75{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of exam questions are directly from the reading.

Because I am a nursing student I have been extremely consumed by the program. I wish I would have known more about the work needed. I am struggling with my GPA and believe I can do much better; however, I am discouraged with my performance and it has been hard to redeem my grades.

I wish I would have known to not be afraid to get involved. Being involved at IWU helps you make friends and have fun on campus. There's a lot of opportunity to find things to keep yourself busy. I wish I would have been more involved from the beginning.

There are rules and bouneries but they are set in place so that you can grow into a better person. Fallow the rules, focus on your studies and you will go far. Always get the meal plan with more points you will want them no matter what.

I don't feel that I"m being prepaired well for grad school, I wish I knew that.

I would have loved to know about credits offered during high school that would have carried over to college.

When I got married and had to live off campus because there is no married student housing, that my IWU grant would not count anymore. They never told us the grant went to room and board. I had to take out another loan at the last minute just to attend classes.

I wish I had understood the amount of responsibility that I would have for myself, so I could better prepare before coming to school.

How much would change in my life. How much I would change, and find the rules ridiculous.
