What's the most frustrating thing about Indiana University-Purdue University-Indianapolis?

Katelynn

The most frustrating thing about my school is the size. It is great to get the opportunity to meet so many people but sometimes you are not even seen as a person to falculty. We are sometimes treated as if we are all just things not people.

MIchael

The program for my major was filled with instructors who weren't 'experts' in their field. It actually fit the whole 'Those who cannot do, teach' statement.

The school feels as though it is just starting to become a big undergraduate school. Meal plan and food options are very limited and on campus housing is extremely expensive for what you get. Many proffesors have heavy accents which make it a little difficult to follow in lecture.

Carly

I really dislike how spread apart the buildings are. It takes a long time to get to classes on certain days, especially when a teacher holds you after. Other than that, the school is a great school.

The parking issue is the most frustrating thing about IUPUI. Not only do I have to compete with the other students and teachers on campus but I also have to compete with the other business/medical facilities employees who work on campus as well.

Macey

The only frustrating part about IUPUI is once again the parking. With over 30,000 students parking is extremely difficult. However, with the space of the campus they offer their best attempt at creating the most available parking to their students. I just wish that IUPUI had more room to expand on their parking lots.

The school is perfect. The only frustration I have is driving downtown. I'm from a small town and the big city and the traffic is all new to me.

Jennifer

The school is mostly a commuter school, so there aren't a lot of people that live on campus. The people that do live on campus don't seem to be very social, so there isn't a lot going on all the time like there would be a a regular university. I'm not talking about parties, but just hanging out or meeting new people in general is a lot harder.

Allison

The only thing I can think of that is frustrating at my school is the parking! There are too many students and not enough parking, but I deal with it.
