What do you consider the worst thing about Greenville College? Why?

Dawn

nothing around it

Alecia

On preview days they put out better food so as to almost trick the previews into thinking we get the good food all the time.

Ana

Greenville is stuck on keeping their self image up, if you don't fit the mold then you feel out of place and unacceptabled to a certain degree.

Emilie

The school is very conservative and close minded. You have to follow a lot of silly rules for the sake of religion and most of the students come from very conservative backgrounds.

Kristin

Greenville can be seen as close-minded about things since we are primarily a Christian school. Often our ethics don't match what actually happens here, and the spiritual aspect is not as high quality as some people would like, and too strict for others. We also play up our CCM program, and we get lots of freshmen rockstar-wanna-be's, who then leave when they discover it is harder than it looks.

Stacey

The food, and possibly the workout center

Anna

The worst thing about Greenville College is that, because it is a relatively small school, many of the departments are limited in faculty and resources. While the two major departments (Education and Music) are as successfull as any other school, smaller departments such as Social Work and Political Science (as well as newer fields like Forensics and Criminal Justice) sometimes lose students to bigger schools with better programs and career connections.
