This school is truely an INTERNATIONAL school and is has done a great job of admitting very diverse cultures into the school and because of that, if you are someone that is most comfortable in a school where the majority of the population is your race, you won't be comfortable here because it is an integrated school.

A person from an all-american family would not fit in at the school very well. Or someone who does not mesh well with people from varying ethnic backgrounds. Students who really want to do a ton of partying wouldn't have too much fun --this is essentially a commuter school.

A prtestant, conservative, white, that is itending to pursue politcal science, philosophy, or any of the humanities for that matter. Also a person who really needs to beliong to a fraternity or sorrotity; or a person who is very school spirited. Because 90{4a082faed443b016e84c6ea63012b481c58f64867aa2dc62fff66e22ad7dff6c} of the school commutes to school, social life in FIU is more Miami dependent, than university dependent.

Florida International University is a school that truly embraces diversity, just like the city it is located in, Miami, Florida, it is a melting pot of different cultures, ethnicities, and beliefs. There is no such thing as a person who should not attend this school, it is perfect for anyone who is seeking a great education, countless opportunities, and a truly unforgettable college experience.

I believe that all kind of students should attend this school, that what makes it interesting. I've meet a lot of students that are different and I've learned a lot from them. Up to this day we are still friends. If you?re the type of person that wants to try new thing then this is the school for you.

At this school there are two campuses. One for each personality. If you are outgoing and is concerned with alot of partying and want a bigger surrounding, go to the South Campus. The North Campus is very personal, friendly and has a very nice pool and is just off the bay. So there is a place for everyone here.
