Because the enrollment is increasing at such a huge pace, and many students are only part-time, parking spaces tend to be at a premium some times, especially when there are special events on campus at the same time that there are classes.

I feel that coming from a very small school (Albertson/ College of Idaho) it was a very big adjustment. I am paying for every drop of my college and everything that I have to do to get there and live through it. It has been a very big change in my life when you feel like a number.
