There is nothing that I wish I had known before I came to this school. It has been a wonderful experience and the school has always been excellent in helping me with anything I need.

I wish I had been more prepared for the costs.

I wish I had more insight into how attending a two year community college first would have affected my later attendance at a four year college. As I enter my Junior year I am already in so much debt. In hind sight, I believe I should have attended community college first.

I wish that I had known just how much study time was required in order to succeed in each course, especially my required Calculus and Physics courses. Also, I wish that I had realized that the mindset of my current school/classmates would be much different in terms of academics and social life, and that I would not be portrayed as a nerd or geek for being smart or a complete moron for having to ask certain questions about material covered in class?

I wish I would have known to apply to more scholarships, because my first semester is really stressful. Being an art student does require many materials and the end result is a large bill. I would stress to myself that applying for many scholarships is never enough. Also, planning out my schedules, and knowing my next move would really help in the future. Money, is my main issue. It is quite stressful knowing that my loans may go unpaid for. But I can't let that happen. I just got to this milestone and there's another challenge ahead.

The fact to go to medical school you dont need to have a science degree, but any degree you choose as long as you take the required classes for medical school.

I wish I had known how much school was going to cost, even though I had saved up. Realizing that financial burdens is something that all college student face. This would have been help full to be prepared for, but that?s the reason why they are called life lessons.
Carla
More resources for financial aid.

So far I am very happy with my experience here.

I wish I would have had the ability to know how much the peer pressure can get to a young student first attending college. I have a renewed sense of the importance of the degree and focusing on my grades to complete my degree with the highest GPA possible. When I was younger and not paying for the schooling myself, I did not respect the costs and the constraints put on my parents by paying for my education. I understand this better now and have performed exceptionally well in my studies.
