Winger Leyes Endowment Scholarship
This scholarship is open to U.S. and international students who are residents of and attending an accredited cosmetology school in California or Oregon. Students must have graduated from high school or have a GED, and have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Clubs of America Scholarship Award for Career Success
This award is available for U.S. and international undergraduate students who feel passionately about the career and educational path they are pursuing. Applicants must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and submit an essay about his/her chosen profession.

This grant is available to Oregon residents who are currently attending or planning to attend a licensed school of barbering, hair design, cosmetology, or manicure in Oregon. The student must enroll full time and demonstrate financial need.
Joe Francis Haircare Scholarship
This award is available for U.S. undergraduate students who plan to study or are currently studying cosmetology. Students must be enrolled by August of the award year.
Washington American Indian Endowed Scholarship
This award is available to Washington undergraduate and graduate students who are currently attending or planning to attend a postsecondary institution in Washington. The student must have close cultural and social ties to an American Indian community in Washington.
Michigan Tuition Grant
This award is available to Michigan resident undergraduate students who are attending independent, degree-granting Michigan institutions. Students must demonstrate financial need.
Cal Grant C
This award is for U.S. undergraduate students who are residents of California pursuing a technical education in the state of California. Students must be enrolled in a vocational training program lasting from 4 to 24 months and must meet certain family income and asset requirements as set by California.
APWU Vocational Scholarship Program
U.S. citizens who are high school seniors planning to pursue a postsecondary occupational education (vocational/technical) program are eligible for this award. Students must be the child or grandchild, including stepchild or legally adopted child, of an active member, Retirees Department member, or deceased member of the American Postal Workers Union.
