Clover park technical college is a good starting out college. If you don’t know what you want to be yet I would recommend here. The financial aid office isn’t the best you really have to push to make anything happen. Parking is okay could be better. The teachers seem to know what they are doing and majority of them are understanding. Overall I’d said a good starting out just to get credits college but not for an actual career

So far I am really enjoying Clover Park and wishing I had furthered my career path earlier in life. The staff and student leaders are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful to a newcomer. I have attended quite a few extra programs and have been involved with classmates in a variety of activities. I especially like how willing everyone seems to lend a helping hand or to offer either advice or encouragement to one another.

It a good place to be at if you are a student that needs more 1 on 1 time unlike if you were to go to a university where looking for help and support may be harder to find. It is definitely student orientated and most professors are open minded and are willing to be as patient as you need them to be so you can be as successful as you please.

Sara - 10/28/2018

I love it! Everyone I've met so far has been extremely helpful and friendly, giving me a sense of confidence that I've never experienced anywhere else. Going to classes doesn't feel like a chore or something I'm "obligated" to do, it feels like a genuine experience full of joy and learning.

  2. What should every freshman at your school know before they start?

So Christopher, congratulations on graduating High School! It's been 13 years, what a wonderful accomplishment, we should go out to celebrate. But then, It's time to get back to work. There is no time like the present while your brain is still focused on the academics already learned to build on that. It would be easy to take a break, simply take what work can be found, never returning to school. Yet, that is not the road to wealth for most people. According to most studies people who hold a two year degree which can be obtained in 5 quarters earn an average of $400,000 more over their working careers. 15 months is a small investment to make now and gives a huge payoff over a lifetime. A 4 year degree makes even more difference doubling the earnings of the person holding only a diploma. There are other benefits including more self esteem and great networking possibilities. Many great business entrepreneurs have met their partners in college. Let me help you get started, the work world can wait a few more years, you will be glad you did later, I promise!

  6. Here's your chance: Say anything about your college!

Originally, I wanted to get into the Media Design Program at Bates where they have KBTC Public Television broadcast facilities. It is only a block from my house, but they were full and I felt like time was important. Clover Park has a two year Graphic Design Program, space was available and the people I reached seemed responsive and professional. I am a content creator so, the Graphic Design Program at Clover Park is a perfect fit for me and I will be better for attending.
