Central Alabama Community College is a good school for those not wanting to leave their hometown but still wanting to gain an education. CACC has some exceptional teachers and then some not so exceptional. If you're wanting the "college experience," it's definitely not for you. But, the classes are easy and helpful and it makes it easy to have a job and go to school as well.

This is the Place! Instructors are willing to help you reach your goals. They will help you in anyway they can, and any instructor will help you with your plans for the semesters to come. It is a friendly atmosphere, with students who wish to succeed and staff that is willing to help them do so.

Tracey - 04/12/2019

Due to the smaller class size, students are able to receive individual attention when needed. If you need help, most teachers are willing to when ever they are able, including one on one. This is a great environment, wonderful campus, and ready to help anyone who wants to learn no matter the age!

Kristin - 01/04/2019

It is a small school so it is fast and easy to get to class on time. Parking isn't that great, mostly because people don't read the signs and enter/exit the correct way which is extremely annoying. Tuition is extremely cheap so that is another bonus.

I would tell myself to save more money and stop being so wasteful. When you start colleg you are officially in the real world and you have to make decisions on your own and provide for your own needs. Time management as well is a major thing i would have stressed, because there's a lot more work involved when you're in college.
