How expensive everything is.

A few of the professors at this college can be frustrating at times. They occasionally demand too much out of students.

While the nature and outdoor activities thrive in Winona, restuarants and shopping are limited. Weekend trips to La Crosse and Rochester occur often--as they are only 40 minutes away--and occasional trips to the cities, Madison, or Milwaukee are a must. Too many sandwhich shops and not enough variety or chains---applebees, panera, noodles, qdoba, etc.

The most frusterating thing about the school is that they say we have a completely wireless campus, and we have a laptop program, but more often than not I do not get a wireless signal, or my professors are having trouble prefecting the D2L and other online programs we use.

I am in the Graphic Design program at my school and they just fired the guy who was teaching us because he wasn't doing his job. Now they have a new guy and he is so wonderful, but now they are "still searching" so he has the possibilty of getting rid of the guy that is great! It's really frustrating as a student who's trying to learn (and wants to get a job out of college) when they keep switch the professors!

It's located in a city with almost nothing to do.
