School is large but not overwhelming.

I love Wayne State I feel that there is a very diverse campus life and that there are a lot of resources. It is a pretty big campus and there is a lot of walking involved but it is interesting that they all look different and to know that a majority of them were donated to the University and have a history behind them. A couple things I would change or want improved I believe is more security walking around, sometimes its easy to get nervous walking around downtown with so many other people that are not from Wayne State being able to be amoungst us. I will see bums sometimes right next to student buildings and this can sometimes make me uneasy. But overall Wayne State is a great school, has a pretty nice students, and I love the diversity of Teachers as well.

I love Wayne State University. I think that you will have a better experience if you stay on campus. By staying on campus you have the opportunity to meet new people, explore the University more, and get the chance to live the independent life. It is also convenient that way you don't have to commute back and forth. The only thing I would change is the prices of certain things. Like come on give us a break! The price for a parking permit is too much. You have to use the same card that you swiped to get in the garage in order to get out. I feel that if you already paid to get in the parking garage you should just be able to exit without swiping anything. Other than that as a whole I enjoy Wayne State and think it is a good school.

I believe my school is very rich and exciting. There are many acts of school pride, bake sales, and fundraisers going in daily. The student ce tee is a hot spot since most WSU students hangout there. The food choices are also excellent.

I love go to Wayne State University, the best thing has to be that I can commute from home and not have to spend extra money. The size of the school is just right. However, if I could change something it would be to have better biology department. when I tell people that I go to WSU they always ask If it is safe. I spend the most time in the P and K Library on campus. I think the most complaints about WSU are that the science department because its not as good as it could be. WSU has so much school spirit and its so nice to be at a school that is so diverse.

I really like WSU. I like it because it is so different from other colleges in Michigan. It's great because you get to be in the city but the actual campus is small and easy to walk around. One thing that is very annoying is the parking. There are several parking garages and they're not cheap. But I guess parking is bad in every city. When I tell people i go to WSU they think its so cool that i go to school in Detroit, that I'm so tough. It's really funny. Overall i really enjoy going to WSU and I'm happy I chose it.

You will find diversity in this school like nowhere else. Seeing people from different walks of life humbles a student of knowledge in that they know that there is a whole lot of world out there that they haven't discovered. You feel that there is a lot more you need to learn about certain groups. This helps to build students' tolerance to different notions/ideas and helps to make them more open minded about the world.
A big thing to dislike about the school is parking issues. For the first half of the semester, it is really hard to find a parking spot in a garage if your last starts early afternoon because all the parking signs read that only the students with parking passes can enter. This makes parking extremely agitating but finding places like the Detroit History Museum or parking in the outskirts of the university helps to make up for it somewhat.
