Out of my college experience I have gotten a sense of belonging. I haven't always been the most popular person in school. Because my skin was a few shades darker than what was deemed "beautiful" I was treated as an outcast. I didn't have that problem when I came here. I'm accepted for who I am. I finally feel like I belong. Being here at Voorhees feels like being back at home. It's one big family and I really love it! It's valuable to attend this school because you get the guidance and support you need in order to believe that you can actually be successful. Voorhees College really is a place that's "Changing Minds and Changing Lives".

Since i was a student at voorhees college i felt just like i was home. The students are nice and the teachers are very helpful. I have open up a lot since i have been here, i didnt use too talk as much alwasy been too my self. Voorhees college has change me for the better.

Out of my college experience i have gotten the real meaning of responsibilty. Learning the meaning of responsibilty is valuable because now i know what it is like to be on my own. Being that I didnt have anyone on my back all the time telling me to do my work, I had to learn the hard way. I went from depending on others to depending on myself. The valuable of responsibilty is important because it prepare you for the real world and what it have instore for you. Attending college is doing just that, its preparing me for the real world. Im learning how to do things on my own and take responsibilty and depend on myself. The value of attending college is great and if i had a chance i would not start over. I learned from my mistakes and my mistakes taught me the value of responsibilty.

My college experience has been great thus far. It has may organizations that I can get involved in, to stay determine about my education. Also the professors hear at Voorhees makes the information they teach understanding and clear. I value that i am hear in school period because not alot of people get the chance to come to college to persue their dreams. So, me being accepted into Voorhees is valuable for me to attend.

Life is not easy. Being here at Voorhees College, my first few weeks we're a little rough because i was just transitioning from the big city, Atlanta, to just a little town in South Carolina. I never really thought that I would make it this far because I dont come from a family of scholars at all. I thank god everyday that I am here and I stay focused on just one thing, my future. Ive taken and gotten alot of things out of Voorhees the last couple of months and I plan to stay and attend till I have a big house with a white picket fence around it. I am so proud to be here and plan to make the best of it to my extent. Why has it been valuable to attend? Well, a hop back into History to Ms. Evylnn Wright, and why she did the things she had to do just to start her college to make a better future for me. I spend most of my time in the Wrights-Potts library just to get my work finish. So until then i plan to get alot more out of Voorhees College.

The one thing that I've gotten out of my college experience is the friendships, and bonds that I have made with my professors and classmates that I know that I will charish forever. If nothing else I will always have those memories.

Out of my college experience so far, I have learned the value of others and the importance of a education. It has been a valuable experience to attend this institute because it is a small college and it is a great way to earn a education. Teachers knowing you by your name and not numbers.

I gotten out this college experience is if you put yourself out there. Then you will achieve everthing you came to college for .Just don't give up just keep striving for the best.

Coming to College was the best choice I ever made in my life. My reasons being is that I always thought College would be hard to complete but once I got here I learned it is not that hard. Here at Voorhees College the work is very easy, understandable, and the best part about it is that the teachers take their time and work with you so there is no excuses for failing. To me it has been valuable to attend collge because It helps futher your learning in the future, it helps you to become A better person in life, and it makes it more easier for you to find a nice paying job. Most people thought that I wouldn't make it to college but I am here at Voorhees College doing the best I can do at everything I do here. I have proved many people wrong by chosing to further my education. To the ones who thought they couldn't make it to College, I want them to know that they can only if they try their best.
