It's really easy to feel comfortable enough to ask questions and get help from professors as well as fellow students. The small sizes allow for you to get to know your classmates and easily make personal connections, in addition to easy formation of study groups. You will feel welcome here by every one you meet.

In my opinion, the best thing about Viterbo University is the small size of campus. Most classes have less than 35 students in them, which allows for a great student to teacher relationship. My professors always make time to help, and my advisor helps me stay on track by meeting with me at least once a semester (but is always there when I need her). In addition, Viterbo truly feels like my home away from home. I have been able to make so many friends and create various connections that I would not have made at a large school!

There isn't just one great thing about Viterbo University. The entire school is amazing. From the history to their ability to keep up with all the newest technology, the whole school is great. I personally liked the history of the school the best. I am of the Italian descent and I liked that the school came mostly from Italy. I know that's a strange reason to choose a school, but I'm glad I made the decision I did because Viterbo is a great school.

The best thing about Viterbo, to me, is the intimacy of the campus. I believe this to be true because I have been to many campuses, both big and small, and none have given me the sense of warmth and caring as Viterbo has. Viterbo is located next to two elementary schools, a friendly neighborhood, has a monistery on campus, and two hospitals within walking distance. Everyday on campus you pass by a Sister, a doctor/nurse, children, and of course, students and faculty members, everyone with a smile on their faces. This is why I love Viterbo University.
