When you find the right school for you do as much as possible on the campus and have fun, make mistakes, live, and don't look back too often, its not healthy.

Make sure you pick a school that has what you want and things that are fun to you. Don't let anybody try to tell you what school is best for your child. Let the child visit the school during touring days to get the feel of the campus for themselves. Start thinking about what career you would like to be involved in early and your college hunt will go much easier!

I believe that it is important to have a good understanding of classroom experiences and housing situations. To make the most of a college experience it is necessary to stay focused and complete assignments.

Choosing a college is serious, and it has to be what fits your student BEST. You may want him/her to attend a certain school, but it may not be their style. The experience is what you make it. Get involved, stay busy and if you can talk to your professors. I love my choice for school and even though I can't afford it, I believe in the end it is worth it and right for ME. I love the academic setting of VWC and I couldn't see myself any where else.
