The diversity here is amazing and I love hearing about all the different places around the world these people come from. Everyone is also so nice and happy all the time. I will never walk past someone and not receive a glowing grin or a "hello!" It's heart warming and I love every minute of it!

My classmates are a diverse group of people. Most of them are very kind and outgoing, as well as open to new ideas and expanding their own horizons. They all come from very different backgrounds and yet their willingness to learn unites them.

When I came to St. Thomas, I was hopeful that my fellow classmates and I would share a strong faith life, especially considering we attend a Catholic University. I am so blessed that God brought me to this school. There is such a great community here, and I really feel like I found a place where I truly belong. I am also so thankful for my roommate whom I just met this year coming to school. She is one of my best friends here and she's also helped me branch out to meet other classmates of ours.

In general courses students don't speak their minds as much as degree-specific classes (most know eachother in their respective fields).
