A person who is focused on partying and does not care about acedimics should not come to South.

The University of South Alabama has a very diverse group of individuals. Everyone and anyone should attend South Alabama if they are financially able. Every person on this campus belongs here. No one is left out or excluded. There are plenty of clubs and societies to join on this campus. Everyone is welcome!

Any person who is antisocial, rude, not compassionate, or not willing to meet different people and try new positive things.

Anyone who has slacked off in high school and has made the assumption that undergraduate school is parallel to that agenda will not enjoy the demands this school requires. I feel the assumption is made that this school is a common "commuter" school in that anyone can attend. Many are quickly granted that their notion is incorrect once they begin there studies here.

A person that attends this school better know how to study! I have heard it its harder than some of the big name schools in Alabama, but I love it. My sorority makes it mandatory for hours of study, which is great!
Danielle
Someone that's looking to party and just breeze through college.
Samantha
Someone who wants a strong football program, a college-community-like environment, or to live in a college town should not attend South Alabama
Sarah
Antone expecting to party all the time. Yes, it is college and yes, we do have fun... but there is a time and place.

A person who should not attend this school is someone who does not like different cultures. At the college I attend there are a wide variety of people with different cultured backgrounds. There are so many different clubs and organizations for the different types of cultures. Some people that attend this college come from various countries around the world. This college has a great deal of respect for the different cultures people are brought up with. The fact that this college has so many cultures makes it unique.

Honestly, I can't think of anyone who shouldn't attend UCMO - Warrensburg, Mo. If I have to give an answer I will say that if you are a student who doesn't want personal attention and help from your professors, easy access to wonderful acedemic advisors, plenty of ways to get involved in the community, lots of campus activities, great dorms with great food, a student body and staff that feel like family, and a small town who enbraces the college students with a hometown atmosphere then UCMO is not the school for you. Then I would wonder why?
