Sean

The biggest stereotype is that ND students are only the following: white, upper-class, goal-obsessed students. Yes, of course there are people here who are like that. However, there is actually more diversity of thought than I would have expected. Of course if you stay with one clique and never expand your group of friends, you will see what you want to see. Notre Dame has taught me to accept and consider others' positions more carefully though, not a thing a homogenous student body normally does.

Kate

Jocks, preppy, snobby, really ritch, really smart, ugly girls, jerky guys, conservative

Cameron

Some of the stereotypes about Notre Dame students are that everyone here is really smart students that work all the time and are all strict caholics. There is also a belief that Notre Dame has a "no sex policy," that everyone here is happy all the time, and all of the students that come here are diehard Notre Dame footbal fans. There is also a belief that the Notre Dame population is almost completely white.

Annie

They're super Catholic, conservative, nerdy, and obsessed with football.

Chris

Notre Dame is known as THE best Catholic university in the United States. The typical student is white, athletic, rich, crazy about sports, and a legacy (had at least one parent graduate from Notre Dame). The campus is one of the most beautiful in the country, though it is located in South Bend, IN, which happens to be the snowiest and least exciting cities in the state.

Roberta

1. Nerds 2. Rich-Snobs 3. Obsessed with football

Laura

Some people might think that we're just a bunch of rich kids who don't feel like they have to work hard to succeed b/c money will take care of everything.
