I haven't really spent too much time with my professors outside of class, unless it was for a study group or assessment meeting about how I was doing in the class. Although, if I needed to meet with any of them for any reason I doubt I would have any difficulty being able to. Most of my professors took the time to get to know all of the students in my classes. i have yet to hate any professor at UNCG!

The professors I had have their own distinctive groups within the college. There are the Professors that do lecture class they look as if they are moving fast as lightening and are sometimes out of the class before you are. There are the professors that are laid back or have more things in their personal life going on, they are always talking about stuff going on at home or the few that is always canceling class at the last minute. Last, there are the ones that are actually intimate with their class and wants to be very family knitted. Those are the ones that notice if you are gone, learn your name faster, and stay doing group discussions/projects.

My professors are very helpful and always are hasty with answering questions by e-mail. The only issue is that they barely have office hours.

Depending on the subject, the professors varies. My communications course, the professor were fantastic, they truly care about the success of the student. Communication is important in all areas of life and you learn more than expected. My business law professor was the best professor i ever had in college. Not only did she know the subject, she practiced it before teaching, offers to help you outside of class and she was just happy teaching the subject which pumped me up to learn.
