with the current budget cuts, they have cut all the extra programs that helped student suceed, for example, math center, tutoring center are now closed.

Parking tickets. I understand that they are a pivotal method of funding for the university, but it sure is a nuissance for broke students to be charged 30-50 dollars for either a slightly underpiad meter or parking without a parking pass. It certaintly isn't a crushing blow to my perception of this universtiy though, I still immensly enjoy every walk to class, most lectures, and a near majority of my fellow students.

The worst thing about my school I would have to say is the lack of respect for students living on campus. The residential halls are considered our homes for the time being at school and I feel that is taken advantage of. The staff and Residential Assistants seem to come up with new, overprotective or unreasonable rules. Their unneccesary acts cannot be backed up with reasoning when asked why they were put in place. Holding "mandatory" meetings every two weeks is unreasonable in that I did not sign and agree to it in the contract.

The worse thing considered about this school is it is a little to big for a campus because it is hard to find where your going and what class your attending. The layout of the campus can throw new freshman off and can easily be lost on where to go. This is the worst thing that the campus has to offer and overall is a good campus.

I think the budget cuts are the worst thing ever. It's affecting the entire campus. Some things the cuts have the most impact on are classroom sizes, the number of professors, class sections, food choices, parking passes, and acceptance and graduation rates.

The worst part about the University of Nevada, Reno is it can be easy to be distracted from school because the surrounding area has so much to offer in the way of extracurricular and outdoor activities.

There's not as much academic interrest among the students as i'd like, but it's not a party school either.

The teachers are not flexible with thier teaching styles and often my classes are straight lecture for 50mins-2.5 hours. I also do not like that the students and some faculity are not open to differing ideas of politics and religion.

People don't care about academics enough

University food would have to be the worst thing I've experienced on campus. I've only eaten campus food twice for good reason. First, it's way over price and secondly isn't of good quality. They do try to provide an array of food from sandwiches to Chinese to sushi, but unfortunately the food has yet to impress me.
